Dr. Oren Rahmanan practices dentistry with the vision of treating every patient with dignity and first-rate care. He has particular expertise in Fixed Prosthodontics (porcelain veneers, crowns and bridges) and Endodontics (root canal). For many, visiting a dentist can be a stressful experience and Dr. Rahmanan strives to create comfortable surroundings with compassionate dental professionals in an effort to reduce anxiety and discomfort.
Oren Rahmanan, DDS
Dr. Rahmanan received a Bachelor’s degree in English from Colgate University in 2001. Toward the end of his undergraduate education, he contributed to research on the treatment of neurological tumors at Brookhaven National Laboratory in Upton, NY under the direction of Dr. F. Avraham Dilmanian.
Upon graduation from Colgate University, Dr. Rahmanan returned to New York to assist in studies on innovative oral cancer detection methods at New York University. The research, conducted by Dr. A. Ross Kerr, contributed to methods and devices used for clinical oral cancer detection in dental offices throughout the country today.
Continuing his studies at New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Rahmanan received his dental degree in 2007. He was selected by the Prosthodontic Department at NYU to participate in an Honors Prosthodontics program during the final year of his clinical training. After receiving his dental degree, he chose to complete his advanced training at the prestigious Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, practicing with some of the most renowned practitioners in the northeast.
While practicing dentistry, Dr. Rahmanan continues to expand his training and expertise to offer a wide range of services and procedures to his patients with utmost care and precision. He attends advanced continuing education courses throughout the country and is a member of many study clubs in New York and New Jersey. Dr. Rahmanan is also a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, New York County Dental Society and the American Academy Of Cosmetic Dentistry.
When not practicing dentistry, he spends time with his family and friends. He enjoys skiing and attending local music and arts events. Dr. Rahmanan currently resides in New York City.
